Leadership of the Thamizhar Kazhagam would not be like present platform leaders. Morality and service would be their basic quality. They should be physically sound, mentally alert and spiritually elevated. Ideological base has already been provided by the greatest social philosopher and spiritualist, Sri P.R. Sarkar to evolve such leaders who are determined to materialize the objective of Thamizhar Kazhagam through sadhana, service and sacrifice.

CONCLUSION
The capitalism of 19th century misguided the people which is a materialistic in nature. Human genius was misused for furtherance of exploitation. Human beings made spectacular advancement in science and technology, which brought about industrial revolution. But the fruits of industrial revolution was grabbed by capitalists. Their growing greed to amass more and moiré wealth appeared in the form of giant multinationals, resulting in 90% of the wealth are being owned by 10% of capitalists.

Thamizhar Kazhagam will expose the nefarious conspiracy of these capitalists and wants that the people must be given the fruits of their sweat and this is what we call economic democracy. Human values will also flourish under economic democracy due to their psychic and spiritual development. Moralist leadership of Thamizhar Kazhagam is committed to materialize it as “Service to humanity is service to God” and clarion call to all moralists and humanitarian come forward and join us to create socio-economic political awareness in the people through mass movements and uproot the existing exploitative socio-economic-political order.

Election is not our goal but it is only a strategy to achieve the above objective.
