Primary Members are those who have completed 18 years of age and shall fill in the Thamizhar Kazhagam Membership Form, and pay the requisite annual membership fee decided by the Central Executive Committee of Thamizhar Kazhagam from time to time. The Primary Members shall enjoy all the assets, liabilities and facilities of Thamizhar Kazhagam except to elect office bearers and to be elected.
